seldom
does a
problem
occur
with our
rental
phones
and the
service,
they do
sometimes
occur
and we
are
there to
help.

Our
policy
is to
immediately
contact
the
local
telephone
company
to cut
the
service
to avoid
international
calls
and
attempt
to
recover
the lost
or
stolen
equipment,
if at
all
possible,
though
rarely
this
occurs.
Lost or
stolen
cellular
phones,
SIM
cards
and Data
Cards
are
subject
to
charges
for the
replacement
of the
equipment
and any
and all
international
calls
made up
to the
time the
equipment
is
reported
lost or
stolen
to us.

Problems
With
Your
Cellular
Phone,
SIM Card
or Data
Card
Rarely a
problem
occurs,
but they
do and
we are
there to
help.
In most
of the
cases it
is a
simple
thing,
usually
user
error -
not
dialing
the
right
prefix,
inserting
the GSM,
3G or
Data
card
incorrectly
into the
unit, or
changing
the
settings.
In those
cases,
we can
usually
correct
the
problem
by
phone.
Water
and sand
usually
are a
problem,
so try
to
shield
the
equipment
from
either.
Drying
out or
removing
the sand
from the
phone or
sim card
or data
card
usually
solves
the
problem,
but not
in all
cases.
In that
case or
other
serious
problems,
our
policy
is to
simply
replace
the cell
phone,
SIM or
Data
card and
with the
same
phone
number
when
possible.
No
questions
or
hassles.
Period.
