What Happens If I Have Problems with the Rental Phone?

This very seldom happens, but should you have a problem with your Rental Phone, we are there to help. In most cases the problems are minor, but, in any event, we immediately exchange the Rental Phone. If the Rental Phone is a GSM phone you will keep the same phone number. Unfortunately, for the TDMA phones there will be a need to change the number. In the Central Valley (San José area) we can respond to problem in less than 1/2 hour at most times. In outlying areas like the beaches and jungles this will depend on your location and available transportation. In most cases, a new Rental Phone can be delivered all the beach resorts within hours. There is no cost or charge to you.
